Hi, I am Sukumaran Kallath, born on 10th August, 1962 in a small, beautiful and remote village called Mathil near Payyanur in Kannur District of Kerala, India.


My father, late Shri Ramapurath Kunhappa Poduval was engaged in agriculture activities and mother Smt. Kallath Karthyayani Amma is a house wife. I have completed my primary schooling from Eramam North L.P School and Upper Primary and High Schooling from Government High School, Mathil. Later on I moved to Bombay and completed my Commerce Graduation from Bombay University through Siddarth College of Commerce and Economics, Bombay. I have worked with Bombay Telephones (now MTNL) from 1983 to 1990 and then moved to Bahrain. Since then I am working in Bahrain with the Distributor of TOYOTA and LEXUS vehicles.

Name of my wife is Ganga. She is from East Kadirur near Thalassery in Kannur District. Her father Shri C.B. Bhaskaran Nambiar is a retired LIC Officer and mother Kamalam is a house wife. She completed her graduation in Maths from Brannan College, Thalassery.

I have two children. The elder one daughter, named Radhika is studying in UKG at Indian School, Bahrain. The younger one son, named Gokul has just completed 3 his years.
